1. You need at least 1 piece of anime art in your gallery, or know a bit about Anime. I will be checking! (but there are acceptions)

2.Send us a note with the subject as " JOIN" or down below in our comment area.

3. Once you have been accepted, we will place you on our list. We only ask for you to place our icon up in your journal, which would look like this : icon creative-hearts : <-------- Just without the spaces.
